Read moreI had a problem with two shed solar lights that I purchased from Aldi. When I got them one worked albeit intermittently and one did not. After many attempts to fix the problem by charging them as per the instructions and troubleshooting as per the instructions I gave up. I left it for a while but eventually I thought I need these lights and decided to contact the warranty supplier, The Kelly Company. I explained my problem and they said to send the lights to them as soon as possible as the warranty period was about to end in a week. I bundled up the lights and sent them off on Tuesday 26 July by Australia Post, reply paid, hoping they'd get there by August 3. Today, August 4, I picked up a parcel from AusPost and there were two replacement lights! Fantastic! And they both work! So Australia Post and the Kelly Co. managed to get lights from Canberra to Sydney and return replacements in one day over a week! What great service!
