Excellent service from Bates Pest Control from the day I rang asking for an inspection. Adam came out promptly and inspected my roof beams at short notice finding more traces where termites had been but thankfully no activity. I was booked in to refill the system that runs around the perimeter of the house within the week. Wet weather put this back a week, but my job was squeezed back in when the weather was fine with their back logged workload in progress. Brendan came out and with a few hiccups due to my system being so old to connect his hoses to it, he went out of his way to solve the issue changing his connections on his gear on the spot to continue the job, saving returning another day. I was extremely thankful and happy with his problem solving to get the job done. I recommend this Company to anyone for their fast and professional service with a friendly team behind them.
