We recently had our home professionally fumigated for pests and couldn’t be happier with the service. Tom was absolutely excellent from start to finish. He sprayed the entire property thoroughly and also set up traps for rats and mice, taking the time to ensure every area was properly covered. What really stood out was his communication. He explained everything clearly, answered all our questions, and gave practical advice about prevention going forward. It was obvious he genuinely understands his work and takes pride in doing it properly. Professional, knowledgeable, and meticulous. Tom treated my house for general creepy crawlies, and did an extra treatment for an huge ant infestation. He was punctual, polite, efficient and friendly, and offered a reliable and thorough service. Tom did a fantastic job getting an ant problem under control. He was very good at communicating, turned up when he said he would and was genuinely concerned about our issue. He suggested a second treatment a couple weeks after the first and we have got the problem under control. Thanks heaps Tom!

When I first contacted Tom he was unavailable but very quickly a text came through asking for my details and to describe the problem and where I was situated. Not long after I responded, Tom got back to me and we arranged a time. Not only did he do a great and thorough job but I found him to be very personable yet very professional.
