He thoroughly checked inside & outside our unit. He placed baits in the ceiling & kitchen then advised what further steps we could take to make it difficult/impossible for rodents to keep getting back in. At the end he provided us with a written report to confirm all he told us. His charging was really reasonable & his manner was friendly & professional. We would not hesitate to call him again.
