We have been very lucky(or unlucky, maybe?) to use this service twice and will continue to use it every time we have any issues. We had some problems with rats in our roof which was totally resolved and then had such wonderful support with a possum who moved into our roof after a hole was patched. Charles was great!!! I rang several pest control companies about termites, wood borers, and general pests like ants (found inside the house) and spiders (hanging from all the rafters, gutters and awnings outside). Charles wasn't the cheapest quote I received, but he was the most upfront about what would be worth treating. No pressure, no upselling, as others had tried to do. Based on that, I decided to go with him... Charles came out today (arriving exactly at the scheduled time) for a general pest treatment and he was absolutely brilliant. Friendly and professional, he started by offering copious free advice on preventing pests like termites, wasps, rats and possums as he toured my property... For the quoted price he thoroughly treated the inside and outside of my home, including the attic space, plus all the outbuildings (which I did not expect). He sprayed the fence and around the raised timber garden beds. He even sprayed under the lips of my bins. A remarkable attention to detail. For the quoted price it was actually really great value for money. Highly recommended.
