Ali provided the pest treatment service and was fantastic from start to finish. He was perfectly punctual, arriving exactly when he said he would. The quality of the treatment is excellent! ​Ali’s customer care was top-notch; he was friendly, clearly explained the process, and answered all our questions simply. Considering the thorough job, it was definitely great value for money. Highly recommend ASL, especially if you can get Ali!

We have used ASL for some years and they have always been reliable and effective. Ali is a lovely person; honest and efficient. We made use of one of the bigger well know pest control outlets for a couple of years before we came across ASL, and we had to have them come back and redo always. Never with ASL. It’s a once a year visit with a great job done.

The treatment only took about 35 minutes. He warned me that I may see some activity for the next few days, which I did, but since then, not a single cockroach!!
