Despite the super-hot 35°C weather, he was prompt, friendly, and incredibly patient while carefully inspecting every possible entry point where the possums could have gotten into the roof. He installed a one-way door, and like magic — no more possum noises ever! I really appreciate his simple yet effective approach. What a delight it was to deal with Paul. After contacting other company's that wanted to have 3 visits, trap the possum and charge a lot of money I found Possum Patrol. Paul is an experienced , no fuss Possum remover. His approach was practical and simple. He identified where the possum was getting in, then installed a one way door on the roof and blocked the hole where the possum was coming and going from. Then a few days later he came back and removed the one way door. The roof is now silent for the first time in years. He explained everything clearly and professionally and his price was way less than other companies. Paul is a decent person and provides professional services. He went through my roof multiple times and managed to find the very tricky hole, instead of just putting a cage in the roof cavity which was done by other company.
