ABC Building Inspections

Was referred to Roger by a friend who has used him multiple times. This is now my 2nd time using Roger in 4 years and I highly recommend him. Final report is detailed and our conversations afterwards (on both occasions) gave me the peace of mind on how I should proceed regarding my purchase, and what to prioritise. (Samuel)

We can't recommend Roger and ABC Building Inspections enough! Roger inspected two properties for us before we bought and he picked up some quite major defects in the 1st which definitely saved us almost buying a money pit. The property we eventually bought had had an inspection completed by the selling agent, however we also got Roger to inspect as well and we are so glad we did. The detail in Roger's report and the things he picked up compared to the vendors inspection report were incomparable and it was completely worth us paying the extra money for him to also inspect the property. Roger's reports were very thorough and detailed, even compared to a report a friend had shown us from another company they'd had inspect their property. Roger went through the reports with us and he happily answered our multitude of phone calls and questions. We would definitely use his services again.

We have just moved to Sydney and are looking to buy our family home. Roger was very patient and understanding with us as we had a lot of questions being new to building inspection process. Based on his efficient and professional assessment of a property which he had inspected for us, we declined to purchase it. In hindsight it was a good decision and we will definitely call on Roger’s services again and would recommend him to our friends.

We couldn't have asked for a better person to help us find the right property. Roger inspected three properties before we bought. They did a complete Pest Inspection of the place and gave us a complete report for us to take the next step. We were glad that there were no big problems in the property, and it was safe to move ahead into the deal. It better to have the peace of mind rather than end up in the gutter after making a deal with half information.
