    So thankful to Brendan for making it out very late on a Friday afternoon just before the long weekend to remove wasp nest that was right next to broken hot water system. This allowed us to have it replaced the next day. He was not aware of the urgency with hot water system until he got there which shows me that he is dedicated to his job and customers.
