Great experience with Luke catching an Eastern brown snake in an old well next to our house, arrived to our place within 30 minutes to our relief! It was not a straightforward capture, with Luke having to dig 2 wheelbarrow loads of shrubs, dirt and rocks to find her hiding spot. Nice to know she will be relocated to a suitable area, with care taken to make sure she is in the right habitat with enough food. Definitely recommend for peace of mind!

We had two brown snakes living in our wall. Each morning they would come out and sun themselves. Luke came out and found them in some dense bush when they went for a slither and removed both of them quickly, professionally and kindly. Highly knowledgeable, Luke provided me with excellent advice. Highly recommended snake rescuer.

A huge shout out of thanks to Luke from Canberra Snake Rescue & Relocation. I called Luke tonight after getting home to a note that a passerby had seen a brown snake go under our fence.(thank you to the person that did this. Very kind of you to take the time to leave a note). Luke was so lovely and reassuring on the phone and gave me some suggestions of what to do. He said it was unlikely that the snake was still around. I asked if he could come around and he said that he was confident it wasn't necessary at this stage. I really appreciated his honesty and care. What a top bloke! If Luke said I needed $1000 snake removal package...I would have paid him! So nice to come across an honest business. The other thing I 'd like to mention was that I could hear some children in the background...Luke was sill able to help me out even though he's possibly a family man. Thank you Luke. I truly hope I don't need to call you again but I've got you on speed dial just in case!! I would highly recommend contacting this business if you are as nervous as me at the though of a snake being around!

It was day before Christmas and we had an uninvited guest in our home. So beautiful and colourful but scared to go near. We googled and found The number that we need to call. Luke was so friendly and asked to send a picture of the guest who was wrapped in our garage door. He came with his Santa costume with in twenty minutes to get the fellow out and took it to the rescue. It was a beautiful Diamond Python. Thank you so much guys for the excellent service and care. Luke was easy to contact, attended as quick as possible, went above and beyond with having to pull apart a fence to locate the snake and catch it. Gavin gave me great advice on how to keep the Eastern Brown Snake as well as possible while we waited for its rescue. It was badly tangled in my veggie garden netting and about to be exposed to the hot sun when I rang the service. Gavin was very calm and efficient and he obviously cares for the welfare of both the snakes and the families and pets they interact with. It was a pleasure to have him come and help us out.
