This company were on time for the quote I needed to replace an old unit. They measured so that everything on the wall from the old unit was covered, perfect no extra painting 😊 and the put the outside unit in a way better position. I'm bad with remembering names but the next day I had instillation and they young man they sent was awesome. Kept me informed every step of the way. Cleaned up and said anything I wasn't sure of or that changed to just give them a call. Put my mind at rest. Great price as well for a unit with a 7 yr warranty. Highly recommend 💯

We used Smartfix for Air-conditioner replacement and cleaning. The quotation was taken by Edi and quickly arranged job next day. The pricing is not cheap, but with quality prompt work it is all right. Both Aiden and Taj were very professional and had a good attitude, the job was done quickly and efficiently and we are very happy with the new hot water system. We Will definitely use this company again.

I recently had my hot water system supplied and installed (27th November) and would like to share how impressed I was with the entire process. From the very beginning with my email message to them enquiring for a competitive quote, the communication was clear, professional and prompt. It was mentioned that they offer a free quote/no call out fee service. They will need to have a tradesman on site to inspect the work and provide a quote for the job. This was arranged accordingly. The on-site inspection (26th November) was carried out by Aidan was thorough and his recommendation was positive. However, his quote was a little higher than one that I had from another plumbing company. During the quote negotiation, he took time to explain the details, ensuring transparency and that my requirements will be fully met. We managed to reach an agreeable quote. Though it was a little higher than one that I had, he gave me confidence that all aspects of the job will be considered and no additional costs will be envisaged. Also, there is no waiting period as stock is available for the brand/model that I wanted. Finally, the supply and installation team lead by Filip (plumber) and Mark and his apprentice (Electrician) completed the job efficiently. The installation was neatly finished, leaving the site tidy and ensuring that everything is working perfectly before leaving the premises. The whole experience was seamless, and truly appreciated their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach shown by everyone involved. I would happily reach out to them for future services, and recommend this team to anyone needing hot water system services.

100% recommend this team! What started as a smoke alarm and fan exhaust replacement, turned into changing all our lights out as we really needed it done. 5=excellent in replacing our old split system air-conditioning set up. Mitchell, Kyle and assistant are excellent. They completed the dismantling of our old air-conditioning units and installing the new units at level 3 and 4 under the relatively challenging hot weather. Yet they completed ahead of schedule in very efficient and professional manner. On top of that, very good customer engagement esp from Mitchell to ensure we were consulted and happy with the position of the installation. Thanks 🙏
