The regular updates, the professional and on time people they engaged to fix our mini flood and wet plasterwork made the whole experience not anywhere as bad as it could have been. WA Insurance builders looked after our claim for the replacement of our shade sails after a bad storm. Their continual updates on the progress of the claim and coordination between ourselves and the repairers was exceptional. Really good experience working with this company during repairs of a fallen tree on the roof. Got all going quickly after initial claim. Damaged area quickly secured. Excellent communication ongoing. They have a skilled, friendly, professional group of trades people associated with the company. Some delays due to availabilities and work complications but job done to satisfaction in the end!
