I have always had exceptional experiences with the team from Usher and in particular Lisa Ketjen, who consistently goes above and beyond. I’ve never experienced such thoughtful and genuine relationship management, there’s always a friendly follow-up message and often a small gift with a personal note. It’s these special touches and genuine care that make Usher stand out from the rest. Thank you for always making every interaction such a positive experience!

To me, she is the ambassador of Usher through our professional networks and wears the brand proudly
