I recently had my roof repaired and repointed by Ben from Pinnacle Painting & Roof Revival and some exterior painting also. I’m very happy with the result. Ben is one of the most professional and reliable tradespeople I’ve worked with, and it’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about doing a thorough job rather than just the minimum required. I asked Ben to help me out after he provided a very competitive quote for securing tiles along the roof valleys with clips and repairing cracked and damaged tiles on my property’s roof. From the start, he was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. While carrying out the work, he identified a few additional issues that needed attention — including cracks at the roof flashing and an area around a roof ventilation where a previous job had not been completed properly (as shown in the photos). He took the time to explain these problems clearly and offered to fix them at a very reasonable price. He also suggested cleaning the gutters, which had accumulated significant debris over the years due to neglect from the previous owner. What really stood out was that while cleaning the gutters, he went above and beyond by trimming back nearby tree branches that were contributing to the buildup (after asking for my permission), and he did this free of charge. I genuinely appreciated his willingness to not only fix the immediate issue but also address the root cause to help prevent future problems. On top of that, he also helped me remove a few other unwanted trees around the property at no extra cost, which was incredibly generous and greatly appreciated. For every part of the job, Ben carefully documented before-and-after photos and videos and sent them through for transparency and verification, which gave me great confidence in the quality of his work. His communication was excellent throughout — he made sure I understood each step before starting and kept me informed along the way. I would highly recommend Ben to anyone needing roofing work, whether it’s repairs, solar roof ventilation installation, or full roof restoration. Absolutely amazing to deal with. His team of professionals completely restored the exterior of our home. They restored our roof, installed solar fans, painted the whole exterior of the home, windows gutters and front and side fences. Our home is now looking brand new. Highly recommended and we would use them again without hesitation.
