Had the most efficient and positive experience with Courtney for a severe building safety issue that was ongoing for six months with zero progress from other quoters. Courtney communicatedly with me thoroughly and efficiently, was on site in no time and managed to organise a plan in a single day. Cannot express how grateful I am! Would 100% recommend, get the woman a pay rise!

Matt, Ellen and the FIDATO team did an amazing job of painting the interior of our two level, 4 bedroom, QLD'er style home. I was really impressed with the quality of their work, their reliability and on time attendance every day. The project took approximately two weeks and they finished on schedule. The FIDATO team were professional, and respectful, plus took immense care with covering up the floors and various areas to ensure cleanliness and accuracy. At the end of the project their clean up process was fabulous. In addition to painting the interior, we engaged FIDATO to complete various maintenance jobs around the house, which we felt was money well spent, as they did the jobs we didnt have the skills, tools, time or patience to complete. All the jobs/tasks completed were done so efficiently, with precision, and included tasks such as (but not limited to): high pressure cleaning the footpaths, hanging up new mirrors, fitting window blinds, replacing broken fencing panels and changing door handles. We will definitely use FIDATO again and we would recommend them to others

The neighbouring property to mine has gardens maintained by this group. I’m so impressed that rather than taking the easy way out: using a blower and sending leaf litter and other debris into the gutter and roadway, as most others do, they actually deal with the litter properly! They blow it into a spot, rake it into piles then dispose of the piles, that would otherwise clog drains and end up choking the waterways. Wow! I wish everyone would do the same.
