  From our first interaction to the finished product, Jesse and his team were an absolute delight to deal with. Communicative, friendly and easy-going, they made the process of having the exterior of our house painted a pleasant one (even during a cyclone!), whilst delivering an exceptional quality finish.   Jesse Costa at Empire Coatings recently painted the kitchen, dining room and large pantry in my old Queenslander. He arrived promptly at the agreed time for an initial meeting, and asked my preferences about various details. He answered my numerous questions and made suggestions as to how to achieve the best outcome. The previous paintwork was in disrepair and needed quite a lot of preparation …he was very thorough and meticulous. The outcome was amazing…I didn’t think it was possible to achieve such a wonderful result. Jesse completed the painting in the timeframe he had originally scheduled and maintained the highest level of work throughout the project. He was efficient, very organised and tidy. Every afternoon he had the kitchen ready for my use that evening,then covered all surfaces again the next day before starting work. The entire area was meticulously drop-sheeted and protected,and on completion of the work he cleaned the rooms to a high standard which was much appreciated by me. I would not hesitate to recommend Empire Coatings to anyone who expects a high standard of work done by a very pleasant and knowledgeable painter. Jesse is a true professional and was a pleasure to have in my home for the duration of the project. I would definitely ask him to do any painting for me in the future.   Exceptional painter, tidy, efficient, reliable, honest and extremely knowledgeable. I had an idea for a feature wall in a creative cafe I opened, finding it hard to explain and also not sure if it was possible to do. I spoke with Jesse the business owner of Empire Coatings, who was very patient and understanding of what I was looking for. This wall involved lots of texturing and a variety of colours. The finished product was exactly 💯 what I had pictured. Amazing work!!!! I have used Empire coatings for a couple other jobs at the cafe since and I cannot fault. I highly recommend!! Very prompt and professional indeed!
