    Modern Maintenance Solutions – 5 Stars and Beyond! We all know the saying: good help is hard to find. I was struggling to find reliable help for my participant in the Muswellbrook area on very short notice. The level of service that Modern Maintenance Solutions provided went beyond any 5-star review. They came in, removed rubbish, patched and painted a few walls — and honestly, the walls looked brand new. With everything up in the air and very limited time to get things done for an emergency end-of-lease, I couldn’t find a local cleaning company willing to fit my participant in. Modern Maintenance reached out and said that if I got stuck, they’d do their best to squeeze it in — and they meant it. They’re now taking care of the end-of-lease clean, and I’m completely confident in Mel and Jake's work. If you don’t want the hassle of constantly chasing a business and want professional service, these are the people to call. They make it feel easy.
