From the very start when Sean came to look at the bathroom renewal work that I wanted done, to the last little cleaning up bits,I found the Urban Ops team, respectful, courteous and at no times condescending. I am an old woman in my late 70'sbut still have many of my faculties...lol. Sean explained what could be done; how long it might take, and also what could not be done! Teams arrived when they said they would come, with prior info given by the wonderful Aimee, in the office. Clean up was great.
