Don’t pay cash and insist on a written quote and receipts for payments. My elderly aunt paid cash to have the exterior of her house painted, and ended up with a very substandard job due to inadequate preparation by the company and the job was not completed. Multiple phone calls to the business owner with no resolution, therefore had to take company to Fair Trading to have job rectified and completed.

Came to my parents house , ended up reversing over they're mailbox an destroying it , not interested in doing the right thing (replacing it or sending money for it ) says alot about a company , wouldn't recommend

After being highly recommended by a friend who had painting done I got LMS to paint my interior and exterior of my home here in Mereweather. Les and the team were excellent, they were always on time , friendly and trustworthy. The work was amazing really , they covered everything in plastic then covered all floors . All fittings like door fittings , latches , rails , hooks , brackets , curtains and blinds ECT were removed and carefully refitted after painting to ensure a perfect job . The team even cleaned off old paint from these from a previous painting company several years ago . I researched the paint used to find it was top of the line, of good quality also with a good warranty . I'm very happy with price , the professional work and the very nice guys . I have an investment property which is booked in with Les to be renovated in the near future. Thanks Lez and team from LMS painting and maintenance , I look forward to seeing you all again soon. Np
