Matt far exceeded my expectations and did a fantastic job of changing my locks and keys. He is super polite, friendly and professional. He gave honest advice and suggestions (he could have made more money if he had not been honest). He puts everything in writing, emails in a timely fashion and lets you know 40 minutes before he arrives. In fact Matt is one of the most professional tradesmen I have dealt with. I recommend Guv’nor Locksmiths to anyone who wants to deal with a professional company.
