I had a very professional and reliable experience with these people. I called them at 5am in the morning during peak holiday season and they were willing to come to my residence on the same day with flexible time arrangements. Not to mention they also provided the cheapest price compared to other Locksmiths (I called up a bunch) and they only charge a call out fee. Really recommend!!

Penny and Lee were very helpful and came out right away with an urgent situation. Lee managed to help resolved our issue quickly and we were just so grateful that he could come out right away. Tried multiple locksmiths before and was just turned down. Highly recommended and affordable too!

From the initial phone call to Penny to the professional and prompt service of Lee I highly recommend their service. I locked myself out of the house with a small puppy inside. It was late in the day and after finding a neighbour with a phone and yellow pages I managed to find Go Locksmiths. My neighbour has already taken their details as she was really impressed with their service, as I was. Thank you both.

On the phone they were very precise in informing us the steps they will take to open our locked door and costs. Luckily we managed to get into the house before they came and cancelled. We offered to pay a call out fee but they refused. You have to appreciate a company who doesnt try to gouge you when you are in a tight spot.

pretty fast response for an after hours call out on Sunday night. I locked myself out of my apartment . I called Penn who said she could be there in 30mins. she arrived in 30 which is quick on Sunday night! they even stayed until I had found my keys, Penny and Lee deliver great customer service, are efficient and have competitive prices.
