He was completely transparent with the cost of the service, giving us the cost per item used to work out the total. We had a few more quotes done by other companies, but these were all about double what Jay quoted and they never responded with the breakdown of how that price was calculated. Jay was quick and efficient when he came, and even gave us advice on windows he wouldn't get rekeyed etc. to save us money. Really felt like he was doing what was best for us, not what was best for his pocket. Would highly recommend Jay and Efficient Lock and Key to all our friends and family.

Jay was efficient, helpful,kind and courteous and I will definitely be using this company in the future. 10 out of 10 for service and price.

Fast and easy communication, he arrived to site on time, his charges were as advised and he had the work done in a flash. I'm definitely using him again next time I need a locksmith.
