Fantastic service, professionalism and quality from Rick. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of vehicle keys & locks and happy to share that expertise. He showed up promptly with same day service, answered all my questions and charged a good, reasonabke price. Can only go in to recommend him for anyone in need of a replacement car key.

Rick Lapworth was absolutely incredible. He replaced my car remote in 10 minutes and provided an extra key, explaining that the previous locksmith had given me the incorrect products resulting in the increasing malfunction. My last locksmith took 45mins and charged me $300 more. Rick was very flexible and fitted my appointment in with the wedding I was attending at RACV Healesville Country Club. He displayed a high level of professionalism and competence throughout, and was very reassuring and supportive in a situation that could have been extreme. The NRMA was trying to have the car towed back to Melbourne from Healesville in the Yarra Valley to fit in with their list of preferred locksmiths. I resisted. Fortunately they located Rick and he saved the day rapidly and proficiently.

Rick came out today to help after we lost our car key and needed a replacement. I had called several local locksmiths, and Rick was by far the most affordable. He arrived within the hour and got straight to work making a new key. While chatting, I mentioned that I had RACV Roadside Assist. Rick let me know that I might be eligible for partial cover through them—which turned out to be true! I called RACV and confirmed it on the spot.
