  Arthur was amazing, in a tricky situation with a hardlid on Ute becoming locked closed. With a sequence of eliminations in play Arthur managed to get the lid open, fix the lock that someone else had installed wrong with poor workmanship. Would not hesitate to call Arthur again for any issues regarding locks. Open, honest, transparent, proud of his workmanship. Pricing is very fair and reasonable.

He attended super quickly, performed the job to a high standard, listened to what I wanted (installing locks and fittings that suited the style of the home), checked every door in the home to ensure security and did the whole job for a reasonable price.
