Fail Safe got me out of a pickle today. A we needed to get into a property as none of the keys worked. Other companies took weeks to respond to us. I called fail safe in the mid morning and by 1pm I was into the house. I can’t recommend highly enough. Reasonable pricing and a great person to deal with. (Even on a 35° day)

I saw Michael at a house near me so asked if he would fix two door locks for me. He came shortly after, fixed the locks and said no charge as he was in the area. Amazing. Highly recommend.

Reasonably complex rekey of whole house including windows, doors and cam replacements on some imported screen doors. Work needed to be done across multiple visits whilst ordering parts. Michael was always communicative, friendly, on-time, kept appointments and provided realistic timelines that were stuck to. The kind of service and integrity that is hard to find these days. And all at a very reasonable price! Absolutely earned 5 stars.
