Had my old Honda Jazz key stuck in the door when attempting to open it. Contacted Chris on a Saturday and he advised all the ins and outs of the process and any foreseeable issues. Came on Monday morning - was able to fix the issue. Throughout the process, he showed and explained why it got jammed, very polite and knowledgeable. In the end, was invoiced LESSER than what I was quoted for as it did not require more work than expected. HONEST bloke and do recommended.
