  Kale went above & beyond to help find a specific electric gate Elsema remote to replace my old one that had died. It was a small job, yet kale went the extra mile to visit my home to confirm what was needed. He then found a modern compatible remote & it's working well. All for $30, the cost of the remote. I was very appreciative. Excellent service, integrity & very personable to deal with. I will be recommending them highly to anyone that needs their services. Prior to going to Brighton Security Centre, I had contacted L.A. Bayside Garage Doors & Gates in Balaclava who were stockist of this remote type. Instead of assessing, they jumped to assumptions & said it would cost $360 to put a new switch on the gate, & then supply a remote. I said I didn't think it was necessary as other tenants had the updated type remote. It all sounded lazy & like a money grab. I didn't trust them & explored other options. Glad I did as they didn't care & were happy to rip me off. Zero integrity & service. So glad i went to the Brighton Security Centre instead, they saved me a lot of money.

  Moved into an old home, with some unusual locks and keys. Speaking to Kael on the phone he was able to answer all my questions about the different locks and what fixes we could do. At the store Alison was super helpful in trying to fix and find a replacement for my 1960s vintage lock. At no cost she spent time online trying to find me a replacement, and even lubricated all the parts, such that it was back to working condition. Service like this is not too common these days.
