Friendly and efficient. Andrew did a great job and I'd recommend him for any locksmith work. We've just had Andrew back (3 months after my first review above) to replace some old worn locks. As was the case last time he was friendly and efficient. He was running late from his previous job but called to let me know where he was up to and when he'd arrive. Can't ask for more.
