Booking issue, but great service in the end. I contacted this company to get a window unlocked and a key cut. They booked me in for the next day between 1–3pm. I waited at the house during that time, but no one showed up. When I called to follow up, they realised my booking had been lost. Despite the mix-up, they managed to arrive at 4pm. The locksmith was friendly and efficient. I let him know I was on a tight schedule as I needed to return the keys to the real estate, and he got the job done in under 10 minutes. He also told me I could make payment over the phone when I had time, which I appreciated. Even though there was a scheduling issue, they were great once they arrived and got the job done quickly and professionally.

The price is extremely reasonable & the service is outstanding. Scott came exactly when he said & was no longer than 20 minutes. Fast, professional and friendly. Will definitely pass this service on to anyone in need. (The quote from you guys was $200+ lower than other places I called) amazing.
