  Locked myself out of my house in 35°- thankfully with my phone. Michael from Preddy's very helpful- quickly rang me back with an approximate time, took my details and gave me an exact quote. The gentleman that attended professional and polite- had me inside within a few minutes, payment by tap card - exactly as quoted. Would recommend to anyone in similar situation. I had rung another company who quoted $30 callout fee - after booking the service was revealed to me because it was "busy" callout fee was now $140 plus the service fee of $130 plus materials etc. So instantly was over $400 "and could be more". Was so grateful able to cancel this when Preddy's came to the rescue. I know you shouldn't put a price on getting back safely into your home - but at least Preddy's made it a reasonable price.
