We had such a great experience with john, he’s the best! Not only did he give us an amazing deal, but the quality of work and level of security he provided was outstanding. Everything was explained clearly, the service was prompt and professional, and we feel so much safer knowing our locks have been upgraded properly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and top-level security service. Thank you again!

John did an incredible job for my parents, he was polite, thoughtful, and prompt, he made sure to check every lock he fixed multiple times with my parents to ensure they were happy and that they could see it was fixed with no issues. He ensured the job was done and that we were happy with the result. Unfortunately someone has stolen his company name and has been scamming his customers, please make sure that you are booking the correct company for any work you need done so you can make sure you’re getting the best guy for the job!

My lock on the double sliding doors at the rear of our home had a couple of internal parts that broke. Getting spare parts was near impossible so I purchased a replacement lock. However it needed to be fitted professionally as the holes were not in the same places. John from Ozlocks was recommended to me by the lock specialists where I purchased the new lock. John found time to come over at 6.00pm on Saturday after a busy day and had to make the new lock fit onto a 20 year old sliding timber double door, which was warped a little making the job that much more complicated. Close enough wasn’t good enough for John, a very talented and experienced locksmith and he went the extra length to not only key it the same as the previous lock, but make sure that it was so well aligned, that it was easy to open and close, in spite of our arthritic hands. John comes highly recommended and is so dedicated we will use his skills again and again. Thanks so much John.
