Tom was proficient, punctual and courteous. Was very patient when the job took a bit longer than anticipated and honoured his committed price. Would definitely recommend using his services.

Alex -a nice guy!- replaced a number of locks, including a security door and a letterbox. Loved the bright, can-do attitude and promptness in which he carried out his work. Would not hesitate to call them again!

Once I decided which option was right for me they were able to change my lock on the spot- it took them no more than 40 minutes. They cleaned up after themselves and even cut me the extra keys that I needed before they left. Overall very happy with the service. I would recommend them and definitely use them again.
