Harry provided an exceptional service. He was very consultative and pragmatic. The quality of his work was extremely high, and the price was very fair. I was also, impressed with the care he took to clean-up. I would recommend O'Donovan's to anyone. If nothing else, to at least get an honest quote.

This is the second time we have service from O'Donovans. Harry is very friendly, professional and efficient. The first time Harry and his staff helped us installed a digital lock which worked perfectly. He gave practical opinions on which lock to choose based on his experience and the status of our door, and the fact proved that he was absolutely correct. The second time Harry quickly arrived and replaced an old fashioned broken lock for us and saved our day. The charge is very reasonable as well. Highly recommended!

We live in an old house for more than 20 years and all the door locks became obsolete and not functioning well. Harry has helped us to select the right product and changed all the locks for us. He is polite, excellent workmanship and was very efficient. Now we are so pleased every time we open or close a door. We regret we have not ask Harry to do that for us earlier. Our front door could not be opened with the key. We called Harry and he turned up in less than half an hour and replaced the lock. Whilst he was here we asked him to look at 3 other doors that weren’t latching or opening properly and he fixed them all, including the squeaky door. Harry was professional, quick and reliable and was able to come quickly to help me change locks and gave me a great price. On top of this he also looked at my balcony doors and window for me to help me open these easier and cut the window key for me for free!
