    We got a situation where we got locked out from our own home after business hour and Phillip is the only person who is reachable after several call attempts to different locksmiths within the Hornsby area. Phillip explained in details in regard to why we got locked out (due to a specific knob type and we accidentally locked ourself) and offered change in lock to prevent situation like this to happen again. I would recommend Phillip to anyone who needs to see a locksmiths urgently.
