Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Made my experience simple and easy and very helpful and polite. Their quote was also a reasonable fair price for a night call out. They also gave a prompt time of 45mins. I had called three other places and one guy was rude. These guys were polite, respectful and professional. Big thanks.

A few days out of Christmas my back bifold door lock crashed. Went online to specialist bi-folds etc most were closed or indicating the whole door needed replacing etc. called Sam sent photo, Phil was there within 2 hours, assisted in relevelling the doors no cost, all resolved at a price consistent and slightly lower with others who couldn’t get here until next year. Back up service also available and offered as usual. These are good honest providers and skilled. Really happy.

Phil came out to make a new key for a window lock I was unable to find a key to. He gave an itemised quote outlining what he would do and at a competitive price. He arrived when he said he would, decoded the lock on the spot and cut new keys in 20 mins. A great experience and highly recommended, I will use him again should the need arise.

A big thank you to Sam and Phil for “going out of area” to re-key 3 door locks for me in the Sutherland Shire. Phil arrived on time, was super efficient, friendly and obliging, and he also took the time to explain a little anomaly with our old deadlocks. Highly recommend!
