I initially wanted the lock changed because my key wouldn't come out of the lock easily. John asked a couple of questions to help me understand the issue. From this, I didn't have to spend as much money to fix my issue. John was prompt and thorough. Very helpful. Very experienced. Thank you again John!

Good value Key cutting prices, and quick while I waited for spares to be cut at his shop. And I'll certainly be calling him when I lock myself out again, as you can see from all the reviews, he is pronto!! Altogether outstanding locksmith service from Jonno with good old fashioned friendly service. His shop is located near Burwood Road, opposite side to ANZ bank at 15A Belmore Rd... I missed the little street front window shop walking along and I entered no.15 which were solicitors (LOL). I'm supporting local small businesses - I could have easily gone to the biggest hardware store chain who make corporate profits and sometimes the general staff key cutters haven't got the key cut right. So hats off to a self employment small business person, doing a masterly job cos that's his specialty, and importantly, adding to the Inner West community's economy.
