  UPDATE to earlier review below - The owner of the company - Bryce, rang me back and was very pleasant. He assisted with the Installers Code and took my feedback on and respected my honest review. Said he will take up with his staff to improve and provide the highest level of service he expects his customers to receive. Based on this prompt resolution by Bryce I have changed my review to a 4/5 and would use Integrity Locksmiths again and recommend them. Thank you Bryce. Original review - Not happpy, they never rang me back after leaving them a message a week ago. Was told after I rang a 2nd time they no longer service the alarm they installed and have no records of their Installers Code which the new alarm service company needs who said Integrity should be keeping those records.

  The home alarm system was specifically researched and selected to suit our needs. The staff were courteous, friendly and efficient. They were very experienced in their trade and were happy to set up the system in accordance with our requirements. I have also previously used Integrity for locksmith services and will engage them again to install my CCTV system. I would certainly recommend them for any security related installations.

  Thank you for your quick response. My lock was replaced quickly and efficiently by the locksmith who arrived. He also spent time explaining the new, more secure Anti snap type lock to me. He also went over the warranty with me and assured me that the new lock was quite secure. I can't think of a better locksmith to suggest.

  I was locked out on my balcony late at night during the week after hanging the washing . I live in a secure 2nd storey unit, I was lucky I had my mobile. I called Integrity locksmiths and they answered straight away. They had to pick three locks to get me off the balcony, he called me all the way through getting into the unit. The locksmith was in uniform and very professional. As a female all by myself he made sure I was ok. Very professional and it didn't cost as much as I thought it would. I would recommend to them anyone.
