Kim's enthusiasm and professionalism shined throughout the process of undertaking a large renovation for my older home. The Renovation Matter's team did a great job in taking a tired and dated house and modernising it throughout. It came up a treat and I am now proud to display the house to potential buyers Under the management of Kim, the trades provided quality work in a timely fashion and on a fair and reasonable budget. As can be expected with an older home, there were some unknowns that were uncovered during the renovation work. However, Kim took this in her stride and worked closely with her team to adjust and rectify, communicating well and consulting with me for key decision making. Kim even negotiated quotes down where she could and advised me where not to undertake work that would be unlikely to deliver a return on investment. A number of times, Kim went beyond her scope of work, liaising with neighbours, watering and even weeding ... always trying to keep the house in tip-top condition for an upcoming auction. Considering I was overseas the whole time, Kim did a great job in communicating with me and providing regular updates and pictures of work.
