I am delighted to be able to write this review for One Landscape. I had a small garden project and contacted 3 landscaping firms for quotes. Luckily for me One Landscape was referred to me by one of those firms as the others never sent me their quotes. One Landscape listened to what I wanted done and now I have a beautiful raised side garden. No question was unanswered. Not only were they friendly, efficient and professional but they left the area cleaner and definitely better then it was when they started. I can’t wait to start planting my new garden bed and I will definitely be contacting them to assist with other garden projects. Thank you One Landscape you certainly delivered.

Frequently asked questions

How much do landscapers typically charge?
Costs vary widely depending on job type and complexity — a tidy-up is typically much less than a full makeover or structural retaining wall. Materials, labour hours, site access and any required design or engineering work usually drive the price. This page shows live pricing to help you compare current rates.
Do landscapers charge call-out fees?
Most landscapers charge a call-out fee to attend and assess the job, and this is usually separate from labour and materials. Hourly labour rates and after-hours or weekend attendance are often charged at higher rates. It’s worth confirming any minimum fees and what the call-out covers when requesting quotes.
When do landscapers need a licence in Australia?
Landscapers typically need a contractor licence or builder registration when work involves structural or building elements such as engineered retaining walls, footings or major excavation. Providers who undertake structural work will usually display a valid state contractor licence or builder registration, while smaller softscape-only jobs often do not require that registration. Check that any landscaper doing structural work holds the appropriate licence or registration.
