Jack was prompt and friendly when he first visited to quote the job. From that point onwards, Jack kept me informed as to when the drillers would arrive followed by the water testing and then the electrician. Each of the crews were clean and efficient with their work, allowed me to watch and ask questions and explained any options and how the system would work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Virgin Bores to anyone who may be considering having a submersible bore added to their property.

Outstanding service. I could not have been more impressed with the team's communication and effort. A bore is completed in 5 steps including the quote itself. Each task is performed by a different contractor, all of whom called me personally to confirm dates/times of their works. The entire process was completed well within the promised timeframe, all issues found on site dealt with easily and without hassle. I would not hesitate to recommend.
