Retic Doctor

A big shout out to Steve and Pete, for a fantastic job repairing our retic system following a renovation to our front lawn and garden. They were most professional in their work and advice leaving us pleased with the outcome. Nothing too small for them to rectify and were friendly and respectful at all times. Value for money they come up trumps and would have them back without hesitation.

I had a problem with one of my retic stations not working. Steve and Peter came out within a couple of days which was great. I only had a rough idea where the solenoids were but they located it with their tracking devices. They replaced the troublesome solenoid and also simplified some tricky wiring from a previous repair job. I now only have to use 2 stations instead of 3. A great job by the guys. Thank you. 👍

Peter and Steven are very professional. They have helped us twice and are always open and provide an update on what they did, issues found, and the information required to understand and operate the system. On one occasion, due to the urgency of some issues, I used another service provider who unfortunately provided a poor service and left issues that Peter and Steven resolved in a professional and friendly manner. I will definitely stick with The Retic Doctor - highly recommended!
