Couldn’t fault their service. I’m in a small highset post war weatherboard house which used to get so hot. The baby’s room was so hot and the baby wasn’t sleeping. Called Higgins and within 4 days they had measured, quoted and installed R3.5 polyester ceiling batts. The install price was very reasonable because that included delivery. Installed within 2 hours and by the next day the baby monitor temperature had dropped 6 degrees even though it was a hotter day. Best investment we’ve spent on the house.

I needed ceiling, under floor, external and internal wall insulation on a large renovation. Thermal for ceiling and external walls, acoustic for internal walls and under floor. This was last year, 2022, so we had a number of hold-ups with dreadful weather. After being told by others that they needed up to 3-4 weeks notice, Shane quoted and asked us to try for a weeks notice or 2 if possible. The weather just did not play the game while trying to install the roof and clad the external walls. Shane worked with us, regardless of the issues and we got there. Great business to work with.
