Very happy with outback insulation. From the first contact they were professional and organised. The technician who quoted turned up when they said they would and quoted on the spot. The team turned up and completed the job really well. I wish all trade jobs worked like this….. well done and thank you to the outback team.

We were extremely impressed with Outback Insulation from start to finish. They came out personally to quote and took the time to inspect our roof properly and provide advice. Communication was excellent throughout; the team confirmed before arriving, turned up exactly on time, and worked tirelessly all day to remove our old cellulose insulation and replace it with new batts. They were efficient, organised, and professional, even taking photos to show the work completed. We can already feel the difference in the house. A smooth, well-managed process from a company that clearly takes pride in its work. Highly recommended.

Super happy with our experience! Had to wait over the Christmas break for a quote but turn around time from quote was a week and we now have insulation yay! Craig who did the quote gave us some advice on what else we need to do with the roof (our whirly birds weren’t working) as well as ensuring they came before our roof was painted as to not disturb the new paint :) something we hadn’t thought of. The guys that installed arrived early and had the job done reasonably quickly as well sent us photos immediately and we have noticed a significant difference to the house temp which is great! Would highly recommend!

Had a great experience working with the team at Outback insulation. They were speedy when it came to quoting and provided great insight into which products would work best for our ceiling. The Outback team were able to coordinate with our roofing providers to remove old insulation and install the new insulation the same day the roofers started work taking the stress worry out of the process for us. Definitely recommend and would use again for any future insulation works.

Luke and the team were very professional and efficient. They knew exactly what they were doing and even took progress photos then shared them with me. We noticed a big improvement in sound and temperature throughout the whole house. Would highly recommend to anyone looking at insulation installation.
