Brisbane Insulation

Our kitchen was unbearably hot and we discovered that there was no insulation above it. There is no roof space to install bats and we didn't want to lift any sheets. Our only option was to have insulation blown in. We contacted Brisbane Insulation on a Thursday, got a very reasonable quote on Friday and was then told they could be here the following Monday to install it. They arrived on time, took care setting everything up and had the job done in good time and WOW what a difference it has made. You can now be in the kitchen on a hot day and it's the same temperature as the rest of the house. We couldn't be happier with the result. They even took the time to inspect the ceiling to make sure it was in good order and no leaks. Everyone we dealt with was professional and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Aron and his crew did an amazing job in a difficult situation. 4th floor apartment ceiling space with drop ceilings of different levels and with limited access. Transparent business that is very easy to deal with. Would recommend! I was slightly skeptical, but insulation makes a noticeable difference to indoor temperatures and is a worthwhile investment. Brisbane has skipped straight from winter to summer this year (29C in early October) and it’s still quite comfortable indoors. I am stunned! I’m sure we’ll need to use our aircon eventually once it’s well and truly summer, but already really pleased with the money spent and the value we’re getting out of it. Work done was removal of foil insulation, vacuum clean of roof, and installation of Earthwool batts (R 5.0). Quote was easy and we received it itemised with and without the garage, also with different levels of insulation (R 4.0 to R 7.0). Made it very easy for me to pick out an option that suited my budget and needs. No pressure at all from the sales team and constant encouragement to seek alternative quotes and to do your due diligence. Chencho was the lead for our installation, he was great and made sure everything went smoothly and that all our outlets and light switches etc were fine after the installation was finished. The installation took about half a day and the installers were on time and cleaned up after themselves. It’s been about a week now and all is well.

I recently used Brisbane Insulation to replace the old foil insulation in my ceiling, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Their quote stood out straight away. Power was switched off while they were in the ceiling for safety, but they gave clear advance notice, so it was easy to plan around. Communication was consistent and professional from start to finish, and the work was exactly as agreed. Just done with more care and attention to detail than I expected. Quote received / appointment made / job finished so quickly after my initial enquiry, while other companies still haven't replied to me! I was anticipating the hard sales upsell when I first called to discuss my quote, but pleasantly surprised with Josiah's professionalism and friendly manner. I felt very comfortable booking in and even added an extra area of the house to insulate, since we were receiving good value for their service. Today, Yun and his assistant came early in the morning and did a fantastic job - see before and after photos attached. They were polite and considerate to my family while they carried out their work, even making sure we had finished making coffees before switching the power off. An excellent experience all around. Finally a company with good communication between the staff and departments. Everybody we dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable. Responses were timely and attendance was prompt for both the removal the loose insulation and the install of the replacement insulation after the building works. They even provided us with a full set of before and after photos as proof of works.
