I came to Barry and his team because we had some fencing and gate issues that we needed sorted out while prepping one of our sites for access control. They were able to come out, do a full assessment (of which they didn't charge us for) and get us a competitive quote for us to take to the site committee. Extremely professional and no hassles. I highly recommend the BASC team for any electrical or property maintenance work!

Barry was great. Attended to all our repairs and building works on time and in a professional manner. We live interstate and relied on him to get the work done unsupervised. Highly recommend.

We own a townhouse within a complex of eight, and have had BASC handle some maintenance work recently - both for the whole complex (via the Body Corporate) and directly within our property as well. Not only do they actually show up - and when they say they will - they do a great job too - at fair market price.

Barry helped me twice when by all rights it was way past work hours and him or the team could have asked me to call back the next day. Much appreciated!
