  Highly Recommended! 👍 Mend Property Maintenance is amazing! When you just don't have time, or you're handyman challenged like me, Jon is the man to call. It doesn't seem to matter what you need done, the answer is always a resounding, "YES!" with a great big smile. What's more, Jon is really nice to deal with, very professional, turns up ON TIME and just gets the job done. We had one simple job of removing a smashed concrete letterbox, preparing a level pad, placing the slab and securing a new letterbox in place. The job was done fast, on time and at the right price. Who are you going to call when your "Finial" falls off? Jon from Mend Property Maintenance of course. Again, the job was done with a smile, fast, on time and at the right price. What more could you ask for? When we need any jobs done around the house now, we always call Jon from Mend Property Maintenance and we highly recommend you do so, too.

  We used Mend Property Maintenance to remove our old aluminium window and install French doors. It was a big job, but Jon did it very well and completed the job in the time frame we wanted. He later came back to help with the deck. I can highly recommend Jon for any job; he is professional in his attitude and skills. I have absolutely no regrets getting him to do our many jobs around our home.
