Les, Natanya and the team at a1 Handyman 4 u are friendly and professional, they communicated clearly with us throughout the job keeping us updated.   I can highly recommend Les and his team for any work required around your property. I hired Les to do a number of jobs to prepare our house for sale. They replaced a wooden picket fence around 4 sides of the property which turned out to be a significant amount of work due to large amounts of concrete buried in the ground from previous fences. His team worked tirelessly to complete this task even though it took a lot more effort than anticipated. After removing the fences, old garden beds, and a tank they levelled the yard and laid turf. Les and his team replaced a structural bean on the deck and constructed concrete stairs from the yard onto the street. Les’s team was diligent with high quality workmanship. They were conscientious in completing their work within a limited time frame to enable the sale of the property.

  Thank goodness, some trades people with underpinning skill set to provide efficiency, quality and experience! Re-rendered a garden retaining wall, which the Cowboy landscaping business botched (3 very amateur poor attempts to complete it) A1 recommendation a renderer and finally was completed fabulously, then A1 painted it, pristine result 👍🏼 A1 recommend us a plumber and those jobs were completed promptly and above & beyond, this is because Les the owner having a brilliant rapport & reputation with other business A1 recommend an electrician and thst too was a brilliant result 👍🏼 A1 installed pool fencing around our Spa, great guys with professional underpinning experience and exceptional communication and rapport 👍🏼 A1 installed Bluetooth security lock 👍🏼 A1 installed floating Shelving 👍🏼 A1 will be redoing staining of indoor stairs which our incompetent builder botched - A1 provided recommendations on best paint product options and in depth info so I could make an info choice, a brief on how the job will be completed ( using dust free sanding equipment) 👍🏼 And some other bits and pieces (hanging mirrors and storage system also also pending 👍🏼 Thorough communication and follow up, above and beyond and puts the trade industry to shame, which we have experienced a significant amount of over the years A huge sincere thank you to all the team and a special thanks goes to Natanya, who has done an amazing job coordinating all the above 👍🏼👍🏼 Highly recommend A1 Handyman 4U 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

  Les and his team are such a pleasure to work with. We were looking for someone to redo our old timber fence and wasn’t sure who to turn to. Luckily I drove past the house down the road that was doing their up. He did a fabulous job. Even got his guy Jack to turn up on a Saturday to make sure ours was done on time, as it had been delayed due to the rains. Very pleased with the job done 100% recommend. Just genuine nice guys who will get the job done.
