What a nice experience! We installed a corner shower screen. River City Glass was the only one able to supply and install what we needed. 5 star service from the beginning to the end: excellent communication, quick quote supply, fair price, punctuality and superb customer service! Totally recommended!

We just had our old shower screen replaced and couldn’t be happier. From the first phone call, to Andy coming to give us a quote that day, to Brock installing the screen, it was professionalism at its highest level. They were organized, punctual, very friendly manner and did a fantastic job. We will definitely use them again.

After getting some quotes and not so great service regarding replacing my shower screens, I was referred to River City Glass who promptly provided a quote and great advice with excellent communication. The job was done much sooner than initially promised and staff I dealt with made everything so easy. Would definitely recommend for excellent service and competitive price.

They just replaced our old shower glass with new shower glass and did a great job! They were excellent at communication and everything went like clockwork. The job was priced well and everything turned out as expected. I highly recommend them. Plus, they have this funky green laser to help them out :)

We cannot thank you enough for such fabulous service! My parents, who are both 83 yrs old, are in a rental property and due to Mum being in a wheelchair we had to remove the existing shower screens to allow wheelchair access. The company who originally removed the screens promised they would reinstall…then at the last moment they said they would no longer be doing so…no explanation forthcoming!! Thankfully, I found River City Glaziers yesterday afternoon. I spoke with Andy and explained the situation and he had two of his team at my parents home this morning at exactly the time he told me and now the screens are back up. Now that is what I call remarkable customer service. Jake and his colleague reinstalled the screens without any issues and in a timely manner. They are both really lovely young men, professional, personable and were wonderful in their interaction with my parents! Now Mum and Dad can complete their move to the Gold Coast without any outstanding issues with the rental property🌸. Thank you Andy!
