Brendon communicated from a week out from doing the job, the day before and the morning of… this sets the tone well for someone who knows what they’re doing And we weren’t disappointed. Getting this service any time of year would be great, but this was two days before Christmas 2025 when everyone is busy. Brendon communicated what he was doing, while he was doing it and explained the intricacies of the double hung window and counter balance as well as the different thickness’ of glass which I appreciated. He’s a ‘glass’ (class) act. Well and truly recommend to all my families and friends and here’s a before and after photo.

I wish all businesses were as responsive as Gecko Glass. I sent an email on a Saturday afternoon requesting a quote from dimensions supplied and a photo, not expecting to hear back until Monday. I received a reply within the hour and was provided with information, quote and the next available time to attend. My parent's cracked tinted window panel was replaced with the same, the following Tuesday. I would highly recommend Gecko Glass for their service, communication, punctuality and professionalism and even better, supporting local small family businesses :-)

I recently had a broken glass window that needed urgent repair, and I’m really glad I called Gecko Glass. Brendon provided classic, professional service from start to finish. He arrived promptly, explained the repair clearly, and completed the job efficiently with great attention to detail. The quality of the repair was excellent, and the price was very affordable, which I really appreciated. It’s not always easy to find someone who combines professionalism, reliability, and fair pricing, but Brendon absolutely delivered. If you need glass repairs, I highly recommend Gecko Glass. Thanks again to Brendon for the outstanding service!
