After an attempted break-in where a window was smashed, we contacted Shane for a quote. He was helpful, friendly and genuinely empathetic, and came out the same day with only a few hours’ notice. Shane did a great job, didn’t charge any emergency or same-day call-out fees, and was very affordable compared to several other quotes we received. Highly recommend and would definitely use him again.
